Good to know

This unit is on the third floor of The Catalina tower. We are close to the stairs so we always use that to go back and forth to the beach instead of waiting for the elevator. Sit and relax on the balcony and enjoy a relaxing view of the ocean amidst Palm trees and beautiful landscaping. We have a uniquely designed coffee/tea bar for you to enjoy making your favorite beverages!

House Rules

House Rules: additional *Parking fee is included for 1 vehicle, a second vehicle is $40.00 and must be paid before check-in. 1. No Smoking. The Catalina building is a Smoke Free building. 2. No Pets (only Service animals, which are not pets) We love animals but some guests have allergies so we choose to be a No Pet property. *you must answer: 1. Is the animal required because of a disability? 2. What work or task has the animal been trained to perform? *A Service animal cannot be left alone in the property *Violation of the No Pet policy (bringing an unauthorized pet) is a $400 fee plus the extra cleaning fee charged by our cleaner. It can result in immediate cancellation and guest being instructed to vacate property. The Beach Club has very specific requirements as well and must be approved by them. 4. No parties or large events. 5. No glitter, confetti, slime, tape on walls...things that are very difficult to clean up. 6. Keep noise to a minimum, respecting neighbors. 7. No additional guests beyond the registered number. 8. Illegal activity or illicit drugs are prohibited. 9. Adult renters must be over the age of 25. Guests under the age of 21 must be accompanied by parents and/or adults over the age of 25, who make up the majority of the party. 10. Late check out is available if it can be accommodated, and must be approved at least 24 hours before. There will be a late checkout fee and the amount will be communicated upon your request and if we are able to accommodate it. (our cleaners must have enough time to get the property ready for the next guest, so we have to check with them before committing to this) 11. Early check in: This is done on a per case basis and may have a fee attached with it. This will be communicated at the time of your request and if we are able to accommodate it. We have to check with our cleaner to see if the property will be ready earlier than our normal check-in time. 12. Repairs and Maintenance:  The Property is rented with the Owner’s furniture and household furnishings. Renter will report any maintenance issues immediately to the Owner. The Owner will make every effort to repair and/or replace any equipment that is not working properly but cannot guarantee that all equipment is in good operating order at all times and no rate adjustments or refund will be made for equipment or appliance failures. The owner shall not be responsible for providing additional furnishings or equipment not presently available in the Property.  13. We reserve the right to deny bookings from local guest, please contact us to discuss this and don't Instant Book. 14. No Commercial use without prior approval. Amenities: *We belong to the Clubhouse so renters have the option of paying a daily fee to use it. ( indoor pool, separate outdoor pool, towel service, game room) *Internet *Hot Tub-at pool area *swimming pools: there are 4 outdoor pools you can use (each tower has one) The clubhouse pool has a separate daily fee *Grilling station at several areas *Consumables: Starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, shampoo, etc Indemnity Clause: Renter agrees to Indemnify and hold the Owner harmless from any and all claims, including those of third parties, arising out of or in any way related to Renter’s use of property or the items of personal property provided therein.  Renter assumes all risk of injury or other losses relating to any recreational activities, including the use of hot tub on the property, and will hold Owner harmless with respect thereto. If a firearm is left behind we will contact the Security office office to remove it. If you realize you inadvertently left one behind, call us immediately. *By booking a stay the Guest agrees they have read, accept, and will abide by our House Rules.

This host was top notch. like always it was last minute booking. My wife and I had requested to book at another property that never responded so at 4pm we requested this property. The host was very quick in his response and we were in our cond in less then 30 minutes. the place was clean and very nice. we will definitely book here again. Thanks for the great weekend. Highly recommended!!!
